Repeat,thistimewithavolunteerleadingthecount.Repeatwithnewvolunteersasmanytimesasyouwish.
CLASSCLOSING
AllowtimebeforetheCLASsendsforstudentsto"numberoff."HavetheCLASscounttogether,inEnglish,fromonetoten.Thenonebyoneindividualstudentswilleachsayonenumbercountingfromeleventofifteen,proceedinginorder(downtherowsorwhicheverorderyoudesignate).Forexample,thefirststudentintherowwouldsay"eleven,"thesecondstudentwouldsay"twelve,"thethirdstudentwouldsay"thirteen,"andsoon.Afterthefifthstudentsays"fifteen,"thesixthstudentbeginsatelevenagain.Continueuntilallstudentshaveanumber.Tellthemthattheymustremembertheirnumbers.
Whentoday'sCLASsisover,havethestudentsfileoutbynumber.Youmightsay"Nowallstudentswiththenumberelevenmayleave,"andthenmoveontoanothernumberuntilallstudentshavebeenpermittedtoleavetheCLASsroom.
Aseachgroupofstudentsleavestheroom,say"Good-bye."
