①句中结构为宾语从句结构。“said”后面所接宾语不是一个词而是一句话,在英文中这种句子叫做复合句,须注意该句中宾语从句前省略了“that”,也就是说该句也可写做:shesaidthatshewashavingasurprisepartyforlanaonfridaynight。

例如:shesays(that)sheisagoodstudent.她说她是一名好学生。

注意:从句的时态要随主句时态的变化而调整。

例如:lileisaysheisgoingtobeijing.

拓展:直接引语和间接引语:

直接引用别人的话叫直接引语,用自己的话转述别人的话叫间接引语,直接引语前后加引号,间接引语不必加。

例如:直接引语;hesaid,“myfriend'snameistom.”

他说:“我朋友叫汤姆。”

间接引语:hesaid(that)hisfriend'snamewastom.

他说他的朋友叫汤姆。

注意:如果直接引语的主语是第一人称,则要根据句意改变人称。

例如:shesaid,“i'mbusy。”她说:“我很忙。”

shesaidthatshewasbusy.她说她很忙。

主句谓语动词是一般过去时时,要调整从句时态。

例如:hesaid,“iwillseemyuncle.”他说,“我要见我叔叔”。

hesaidthathewouldseehisuncle.他说他要见他叔叔。

②这是一个表时间的介词短语,其中须注意介词“on”,一般情况为:inthemorning/afternoon/evening在早晨/下午/晚上,atnight在晚上,但当是具体某一天时应用介词“on”。

例如:onsundaymorning在星期日早晨

ontheeveningof11th在十一号的晚上

③“bemadat”意为“对……恼火”,使用时须注意be动词形式的变化及at后接人称代词时,要用宾格。

例如:sheismadatyanglin.她在生杨琳的气。

shewasmadatme,她生我的气了。

④tellsb.sth.告诉某人某事“tell”后可接双宾语,其一为sb.,其二为sth.

例如:pleasetellmeyourbirthday.请告诉我你的生日。

“thatmarica¼”是宾语从句,其时态要与主句相协调。

例如:pleasetellmewhenyourbirthdayis.请告诉我你的生日是什么时候。

⑤“not.anymore”意为“不再……”。

例如:idon'teatjunkfoodanymore。我不再吃垃圾食品了。

⑥take与bring的区别

take表示“拿走”,指把东西从说话人所在地方拿走。

bring表示“拿来”,指把东西朝说话人所在地方拿来。

taketo把……带到……去,bringto把……拿到……来。

例如:pleasetakethebooktoyourhome.请把这本书带到你家去。

pleasebringthebooktotheschool.请把那本书带到学校来。

⑦pass¼to¼意为“把……传递给(到)……”。

常用“passsth.tosb.”形式,“把某物传递给某人”。注意to后接人称代词时,用宾格。

例如:passthepentoher,please.请把这支钢笔递给她。

⑧besupposedto意为“认为应该,认为……必要”。注意supposed是动词的过去分词形式,to后放动词原形。
