国际租赁：租赁申请书

Leasingrequiresanagreement.Thefirststeptowardssettingupanagreementwillbemadeby:

租赁需要一个合同。达成一个合同的第一步就是由以下四方决定：

a)thesupplier:hewishestosellhisproductandseesinleasingthemeansofachievingthiswithmorecertainlyandspeed.

供货商：供货商希望能卖出货物，把国际租赁看成是稳妥、快速达成目的的一种方法。

b)thelessee:hewantstobuycertainequipmentandseesinleasingthemeanstodothiswithfewfinancialpressures.

租赁人：他想买某种设备，把租赁视为在很小的金融压力达到目的的手段。

c)thebankoflessee:whereitconsidersleasingtobethemostadvantageouspossibility,itwilladvisethecustomeraccordingly,andputhimintocontactwithaleasingcompany.

租赁方的银行：当租赁方的银行认为租赁是最佳方法时，会通知顾客，帮助他与租赁公司达成协议。

d)theleasingcompany:itknowstherequirementsofitscustomersandkeepsinclosecontactwiththem.

租赁公司：租赁公司了解客户的需要并与其保持密切的联系。

Aleasingcompanywillneedtoexaminethesolvencyofanyfuturelessee,thereliabilityofthesupplierandtheriskontheleasedproduct.Thelesseewillbeaskedtofillinaleasingapplication.Theleasingcompanywillalsoneedtoknowwhethertheleasedproductwillhelpthelesseetoincreasehiscashflow,

etc.

租赁公司需要察看未来租赁人的清偿能力、供货商的信誉和被租赁货物的风险。租赁人要求填写一张租赁申请。此外，租赁公司还要了解是否被租赁的货物会增加租赁人的现金流量。Intheprocessofinvestigatingthelessee,theleasingcompanywillhavetofindoutwhetheritscustomerwillbeabletomakethecontractualrentalpayments.Besidesanalyzinghisactualfinancialsituation,itwillalsomakesomeestimatesabouthisfutureposition.Thelesseewill,therefore,beaskedto

submithisbalancesheetandhisprofitandhisprofitandlossaccountsforthepastthreeyears,inadditiontohisbudgetplansfortheyearstocome.

在调查租赁人的过程中，租赁公司要调查出是否客户能按合同规定付清租金。不仅要分析客户目前的财务状况，租赁公司还要预计期未来的情况。因此租赁人除了要提供今后若年的预算计划，还要提供过去三年的资产负债表和损益账目清单。

Ifthecustomeragreestotheleasingconditionsofferedtohim,lessorandlesseewillsigntheleasingagreementwhichisdonebywayofsendingbackasignedcopyoftheoffer.

如果客户同意租赁公司提出的租赁条件，出租人和租赁人通过寄回已签字承诺复印件的方式签订租赁合同。
