关于写信的英语作文指导

一、写作指导

书信种类很多，它包括笔友信、感谢信、慰问(候)信，祝贺信、鼓励信、介绍信、自荐信、询问信、应聘信、联系信、求职信及求职信的答复信，邀请信及其接受邀请的信，读者请求的解答信及其答复读者的信等。

总的说来，写英语书信时有以下几点需注意：

(1)地址的书写与中文相反，须从小到大写。

(2)日期写法与中文不同，它应写在信纸右上方寄信人地址下面，不可写在写信人签名之后。

(3)正式书信中，收信人的姓名和地址应写在信纸左上方，并低于写信人地址一行。

(4)称呼通常用Dear…，关系亲密的可写Mydear…，之后要加逗号，而不用冒号。

(5)结尾和称呼一致，熟人间写Yoursever,致长者时写Yoursrespectfully，一般情况写Yourstruly，Yourssincerely等，其中Yoursincerely最为保险，但不管哪一种，结尾客套语中不可遗漏Yours，最后还有签名。
