计划生育之我见

计划生育是解决人口问题最有效的方法，而我们经常低估人口问题的严重性。非常明显，计划生育至今为止几乎没有得到什么进展。当世界的一半人口经历饥饿、健康水平差和低得让人吃惊的生活水平的痛苦时，我们不能简单地轻视人口问题。如果我们现在不控制出生率，我们在不久的将来必定要过上更悲惨的生活。

无知或许是计划生育最大的敌人。人口出生率最高的国家，比如巴西和印度，同时也是文盲率最高的国家。那里的人们甚至不知道什么叫做“人口控制”。

依我之见，对计划生育的无知是一个社会问题。所以我们最好先进行·一些社会改革，比如通过立法等来控制人口数量。当然我们也不能否定药物方法的必要性，并且要把这种方法和其他方法结合起来。决定我们是否能够解决21世纪的一大危机，即人口问题的答案就在我们自己手中。
