Toguaranteethesteadydevelopmentofhumansociety,mankindmustrealizetheconsequencesresultingfromfastpopulationgrowthandcarryoutafamilyplanningprogramme.Onlybyadoptingeffectivemeasures,canhumansocietydevelopsteadilyandhaveabrightfuture.
