IambusyfromMondaytoFriday,Idon’thavemuchtimetotakeexercise,soIwillgohikingwithmyfriendsonweekend.Wewillbringlittlefoodandtakeabackpack,headingtotheparkorbeautifulmountain.Wecanenjoythebeautifulscenery,atthesametime,toexerciseourbodies.
