哲学家苏格拉底曾说：“世界上最快乐的事，莫过于为理想而奋斗”。每个人都有自己的理想，并一直朝着这个目标奋斗着，这的确是一件快乐的事。我也有我自己的理想--做一名英语翻译家。
你们一定想知道我为什么要做英语翻译家？因为我从小就喜欢英语。在我上幼儿园，第一次接触英语的时候，老师教我们读“apple苹果”，“banana香蕉”，老师怕我们不懂，还特意拿来香蕉，指着香蕉对我们说：“这是不是很像‘b’呢？上面瘦瘦的，下面胖胖的。一个个香蕉就成了banana，这样，香蕉的英语是不是很容易拼出来。”老师还教我们学了很多英语单词。从那以后，我就喜欢上了英语。
虽然这个理想对我来说是一件非常遥远的事情，但我愿意为这个理想而努力拼搏。每当我听到别人那一口流利的英语，我都非常羡慕，同时我的心灵也一样受到了鼓舞。我相信只要努力就一定可以做到。现在我会从身边的每一步开始做起，努力学好英语。我希望通过我的努力，可以实现我的梦想。
通向理想的道路是遥远的，艰辛的，但我坚信自己只要为理想奋斗，为理想拼搏，就一定能实现理想。
