今天是小学生安全教育日，我们班召开了主题为“注意安全，珍爱生命”的班会。

在班会上，申老师问我们：“地震时应该怎么做?”李昂说：“应该赶快跑到操场上去。”申老师接着问到：“如果地震很强烈呢?”我回答说：“那就跑到角落里或者躲到坚硬的物体下面。”到底应该怎样做呢?接下来申老师让我们观看了安全教育的录像。通过观看录像，我知道了，火警是119，匪警是110，急救电话是120.我还知道了，如果在高楼上遇到危险，可以发出光来求救。还可以向下投掷比如枕头一类的软物，吸引路人的注意。如果在野外迷路，可以点燃树枝，树叶发出浓烟求救，还可以用石头摆成“SOS”的字样来求救。发生火灾时，可以用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，爬着逃生。

在这次班会中，我们了解并记住了许多安全知识与逃生技能，对我们以后正确处理危险带来了很大的帮助!
