运动是一个人健康的表现，因为只有爱运动的人才会健康。我就是一个热爱运动的人，所以我一出生到现在只生过一次病。在这众多的运动中我最喜乒乓球。
乒乓球是一个不伤友情的运动，不会像足球一样，在玩前是一对形影不离的朋友，在玩时是敌人，在玩后成了仇人。在玩乒乓球时，只要你瞄准球打回过去就可以了。如果在玩时刮起了一阵风，球弯了，打不中，你只能对着天骂：“天不助我也”。如果是另一个人用技术嬴了，你只能怨你自己技术不如他。乒乓球还是一个不会受伤的运动，不会像篮球，在玩时会被推倒、撞伤或中头奖。在玩乒乓球时，就算被打中也不会觉得痛。我在享受这运动的同时，也认识了许多乒乓球高手，让我的朋友一天比一天多。
