首先，政府作为人民的代表有责任竭尽所能去改善环境。具体来说，政府应该出白相关法律法规对制造大量污染物的工厂及故意乱扔垃圾、随地吐痰的人进行严惩。另外，应投入大笔资金来改善环境，比如污水的治理，垃圾的回收等。

此外，大公司应该自觉把制造污染物的可能性降到小化，这对国家和公司自己都有很大的好处。例如，一些跨国公司正大力开发一些高技术、高附加值和低消耗的新兴产业来代替那些高污染的产业。

后，个人应把改善我们赖以生存的环境作为头等大事看待。就像一句很流行的话说的那样：“保护环境，人人有责。”重要的是，我们应该加强自身的环境保护意识，不仅要严格约束自己的行为，同时还要监督身边他人的行为。因此，认为个人与环境保护毫无关系是毫无道理的。

在大气安全方面，20世纪中叶以来，工业和交通运输迅速发展，造成了大气污染的日益加重。大气污染既危害人体健康，又影响动植物的生长，破坏建筑材料，严重时会改变地球的气候。据调查显示，我国每年因大气污染造成的经济损失高达1000多亿元。

在水安全方面，我国水污染问题十分严重，各地普遍存在着饮用水安全问题，直接威胁到人畜生存。近几年虽然投入大量的资金治理淮河等水域，但效果并不明显，整体情况仍在恶化。

在生物安全方面，大规模的外来物种入侵，严重威胁了我国的生物多样性。事实证明，盲目引进外来物种，会破坏环境平衡，严重时甚至带来灾难性的后果。同时，由于生态环境的破坏和对野生动植物的滥捕滥猎，生物消亡的速度正在迅速增加。

在土地安全方面，我国土地荒漠化和水土流失的情况已十分严重。另外，我国耕地质量下降非常迅速，同时由于过度使用农药等造成的严重的耕地污染现象，直接关系到我国居民的食品安全问题。我国是一个发展中大国，面对环境污染方面的压力不仅来自国内本身，还有来自国外一些发达国家施加的压力。因此发展经济和治理环境是一个需要我们长久面对的问题，而这也需要靠我们每个人的共同参与。

在我看来，人们应该采取措施去保护环境。最近，不仅仅是政府部门，个人也参与到环保中去。这是个好现象。河流干净了，空气清新了，人们也意识到环保的重要性。

然而，这些还远远不够。问题依旧存在。不是所有的问题都得到了解决。一些工厂依旧往河流里面排放污水，向天空排放有毒气体。我们应该谨记环境保护需要每个人的努力。
