Thissemester,Itookpartinthecodeofconductvolunteeractivities,asavolunteerforalittle.Conductvolunteers,mainlyusetheirsparetime,checkwhetherthebehaviorofthestudentsmeettherequirementsoftheusGuangYuelementaryschool.Inaccordancewiththeprovisions,suchasschoolwearschooluniform,wearingthecrestandtheredscarf,recessifdidnotloud,notchasingeachother,whetherinschooldidcarefortheenvironment,andsoon.

Whenvolunteers,Iwasveryexcited,cametoschoolearlyeveryday,physicallytocheckattheschoolgate.Ithinkvolunteeringissetsupthededication,unityandlove,helpothers,andcommonprogressofsociety,sowheneverIseesomestudentsdonotconformtothenormsofbehavior,Ialwaysadheretotheservicewithasmile,afriendlyreminderthattheydobehaviour.

Ilikethisavolunteeractivity,butalsoappreciatethevolunteerduringtheactivity,theteachergavemetheopportunityandsupport,Ihavebeentolerantandunderstandingthissmallvolunteersoftheclassmates.Volunteeringisnotonlyletmeknowwhatisavolunteer,wefeelhappy,butalsoexercisemycommunicationskills,enrichtheexperienceofgrowingup.

这个学期，我参加了行为规范志愿活动，当上了一名小小志愿者。行为规范志愿者，主要是利用自己的业余时间，检查同学们的行为是否符合我们广育小学规定的要求。譬如上学时是否按规定穿了校服、佩戴了校徽和红领巾，课间是否做到了不大声喧哗、不相互追逐，在学校是否做到了爱护环境等等。

当志愿者期间，我非常兴奋，每天早早就来到学校，身体力行地在校门口检查。我觉得志愿者活动就是树立奉献，倡导团结友爱、助人为乐、共同进步的社会风气，所以每当我看到有同学不符合规范的行为，我总是坚持微笑服务，友好地提醒他们做到行为规范。

我喜欢这一项志愿活动，也很感谢在志愿活动期间，老师给予我的机会和支持，还有一直以来包容和体谅我这个小小志愿者的同学们。志愿活动不仅让我懂得了什么是志愿者，体会到了快乐奉献，而且也锻炼了我自己的沟通能力，丰富了成长的经历。
