虽然两种观点各有其根据，我个人却认为，如果我们进行适当的娱乐活动，其益处会远远大于坏处。作为一名大学生，参加娱乐活动不仅能使我们从紧张的学习中得到放松，同时也可以让我们获得现实生活中的知识。真可谓是一举两得。
