,plantsandagriculturalcrops; ,portablecomputers,removable photograph apparatusorotherpreciousarticles; thecompanyshallindemnifytheinsuredin respect of the physicallossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertystatedin the schedule duringtheperiodofinsurancedirectlyarisingfromthefollowingperils: ; ; butnotincludingexplosionof a boiler or other pressure reliefdevices; ; icane,typhoonandtornado; ,tempestandflood; butnotincludinglossordamagecaused by change in normal waterlevelorinundationfromseawaterorwaterescape or leakage from thenormalconfinesofanynaturalwatercourse,lakeorreservoir, canal ordamaswellaslossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertycausedby storm,tempestorfloodwhilebeingstoredintheopenorcoveredbyor under ashedthatchedwithreeds,tarpaulins, straw, asphalt felt, plastic ornylonsheet; ; ,rockslide,avalanche; ; ; but not including loss or damage resulting from pile driving,groundworkorexcavation; andotherflyingobjects; rtankorpipe; thiscompanyshallnotbeliablefor: or expenses caused byintentionalactorgrossnegligenceoftheinsuredorhisrepresentative; the insured property caused and expensesincurredbyearthquakeortsunami; ,lossofmarket,lossofuseand other consequentiallossesofanydescription; insured property or expenses incurredarising from war, warlike operation, hostilities, armed conflicts,terrorism,conspiracyinsurrection,coupd'etat,strike,riot, and civilcommotion; ,requisition,destructionordamagebyany action or orderofanygovernmentdejureordefactoorbyanypublicauthorities; ,nuclearfusion, nuclear weapon,nuclearmaterial,nuclearradiationandradioactivecontamination; by pollution of anykind or description whatsoever such as atmosphere, land and waterpollutionsbutthisdoesnotincludelossordamage caused by pollutionarisingfromperilsspecifiedinarticleiithepolicy; ; ,indemnifytheinsured in respectoflossordamagefallingwithinthescope of cove r of the policy byeither: of the property lost ordamagedor; restoring the damagedpropertytoitsnearestconditionimmediatelyprecedingthedamageor; the sound marketvalueofthedamagedpropertyis lower than the sum insured of suchproperty,theclaimshallbesettledonitsmarket value; if the soundmarketvalueofthepropertyisinexcessofthesuminsured,the companyshallonlybeliableforsuchproportionoftheclaimasthe sum if the insuredpropertyenumeratedinthesched uleismorethanoneitem, the onatotallossbasis,thesalvagevalueofsuchitemshallbededucted company may, at its option, any equipment item insuredformingpartofapairorset,thecompanyshallnotbeliablein respectofeachofsuchitemlostordamagedformorethanitsproportionate ,thecompanyshallalsopaytheinsuredfortheexpensesreasonablyincurredfortakingnecessarymeasurestominimizelossordamagetotheleastextent,butinnocaseshall ,anendorsementshallbeissued by thecompanytoreducet hesuminsuredcorrespondingtothe property lost ordamagedbytheamountsosettledfromthedateof loss, and no the suminsuredisrequiredbythe insured upon settlement of the claim, anadditionalpremiumforthereinstatedamountshallbechargedatanagreedrate,andbecalculatedonproratadailybasisfromthedateof loss under this insurance shall 'sobligations thefollowingobligationsshallbestrictlyfulfilledby the insuredandhisrepresentative: , when applying for insuranceshallmaketrueanswersordescriptionstothequestionsin the proposalandquestion duecoursetheagreedpremiuminthemannerasprovidedin the schedule ,theinsuredshallat his ownexpensetake all reasonable precautions, including paying sufficientattentiontoandputtingintopracticethereasonable recommendations ofthecompany,prudentlyselectingtheworkmenandemployees and aclaimunderthispolicy,theinsuredorhisrepresentativeshall: (7) days or anyfurtherperiodasmaybeagreedby the company in writing, furnish awrittenreporttoindicatethecourse,probablereasonandextentof lossordamage the loss ordamageandminimizeittotheleastextent; preserve the spot affected and defective parts before aninspectioniscarried out by a representative or surveyor from thecompany; information and documentary evidence as thedueobservanceandfulfilmentofthetermsandconditionsof thispolicyshallbe voidable in the event of misrepresentation,m unlessitscontinuancebeadmittedbythe company in writing, thispolicyshallbeautomaticallyterminatedif: ;
